General

We are available during weekday hours, M-F 9:00-5:00 pm Central time. We can be reached by email at hello@mothernutrient.com. We strive to return all emails within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and will be answered during business hours in the order they are received.

Simply send us an email to hello@mothernutrient.com and we'll be sure to help you with any changes, depending on your specific situation.

Only one discount code can be used per order. Please note that if there are any discounted items in the cart, discount codes will not apply to your cart, except for select and specified discount codes.

Not at this time, but in the future we plan to offer an in-depth course that will cover all topics in detail, as well as videos, meal plans, recipes and more.

Shipping

Yes!!  We currently offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders of less than $50 only pay a flat fee for shipping within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

 

We typically process orders in 1-2 business days, shipping make take an additional 2-3 business days. You should receive your products (within the Continental US) about a 3-5 days after your order has been placed.

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

Returns and Refunds

Shopping is risk-free with my 30-day return guarantee. We stand behind all of our products, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us to process your refund or exchange. Unopened bottles can be returned for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened bottle returns within 30 days of purchase will be provided with a credit towards the purchase of any other Mother Nutrient product. Items not eligible for return include all probiotics, programs, discontinued products, and partial kits; if you wish to return a kit, it must be returned in its entirety. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@mothernutrient.com. Original shipping charges are never refundable.

You will be refunded back through thee same payment method you used to purchase the original order. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show as processing on your bank account. However, you will always know when a refund is issued as you will be notified via email.

Products & Ingredients

Most of our products are hypoallergenic, but please check on each product's description for specific ingredients and allergen information.

Most of our products are free of gluten, wheat, casein, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Please check the product section under each product page for ingredients and allergen information.

You may find nutritional information and any allergen warnings by visiting the product page for the specific supplement. You will also find the complete nutritional information label within the product images.

Most (but not all) of my products have been selected because they are safe during pregnancy and/or lactation, however, there are some exceptions. We have categorized products by life stage, all products under "Pregnancy" are safe during this time. Same for the products listed under "Lactation Support" are safe for breastfeeding. You can also check the product description section for each product to find out if there are any warnings. And always consult with your doctor before taking any nutritional supplement.

We are not healthcare practitioners, therefore, it is always best to consult with your prescribing physician, or local pharmacy manager, to ensure that what you are ordering can be taken with your prescribed medication safely.
